Hi, I’ve purchased a replacement lens for a Rayban frame. Initially the lens arrived slightly bigger but It was easy to contact support. They sent me adjusted lenses as replacement without a problem. The new ones fit perfect and I am using them now. Shipment took a while but It is just because of the poor service inside my country.

Muy buena experiencia en la compra, en primer lugar me asesoraron perfectamente en la elección de mis lentes dándome mi modelo exacto de gafas, seguidamente me actualizaron la dirección de envío porque faltaba un dato, y por último las lentes llegaron en 2 semanas escasas a España desde Australia.

Unfortunately my order was not manufactured properly. A replacement got sent quickly but didn’t reach me. Then got stuck in a loop between customer support, customs and DHL all pointing at each other with me having to call all of them without result… asked for a refund after too much hassle. Update: after my initial post above the customer service team really made an effort to help out and in the end got the glasses I wanted so changing this post from 1 to 4 stars
