I ordered 2 different sets pf lenses for both pairs of my sunglasses, unfortunately 1 set where incorrectly sized but I was able to get the issue resolved and was sent the correct lenses relatively quickly at no extra charge.

The lenses came as expected fitted easily but unfortunately one was imperfect. I E-mailed the company and had a replacement with no quibbling. Good service

Placed an order to replace scratched lenses for my ray-bans. They took about 3 weeks to arrive but bear in mind the orders are sent from Australia. Unfortunately the lenses were not the exact fit and I contacted customer services who promptly replied and requested further sizing information. They sent replacement lenses which were then the correct fit. The lenses are amazing, so clear and well worth adding the diamond coating. Very pleased with the lenses, good value for money too, did not give 5 stars as delivery can take up to 3 weeks but otherwise very pleased.
