Just ordered glasses not to ship the frame first. This was not clear. And also it is a D&G sunglasses so standard sizes

Hi Dennis, I'm sorry this wasn't clear. We custom make lenses for 1000's a people a year. We also offer some VIP models on our stie where we offer free lenses if we don't have that model but feel it would be something our customers would want. We do our best to explain it in 4 different languages but we do realize it's hard to understand. That's why we follow it up right away with instructions. Just wish you would have contacted us then rather than waiting for a review request to harm us. I can see our team refunded you immediately when you contacted them after leaving this harmful review. Again, I'm sorry you didn't understand at ordering or respond to our emails. WE certainly would have refunded you earlier if we knew you were confused.
