First order went very well. Second order, replacement lenses for oakley holbrook did not fit. And the reason was because my glasses were a fake. Kristy of The Sunglass Fix was extremely understanding and tactful to my situation. They could have told me that I was the one at fault: quite the contrary. They could not do enough to support me, including full refund. I am buying the real thing (Beware of the amount of Oakley fakes out there!!) and keeping the replacement lenses for my new pair. Just in case
