After damaging a lens to my Otis Young Blood Sport sunglasses, I purchased a replacement pair of lenses online. The wrong lenses. After contacting Sunglass Fix, the ever helpful Kristy informed me that my required lenses were not available online and that I would have to return my glasses to have the lenses personally fitted. A little dubious about ever seeing my glasses again, I followed Kristy’s instructions and sent my glasses to the recommended address. A few short weeks later my sunglasses were back on my front doorstep, good as new. Thank you Kristy for your helpful advice and continuous correspondence regarding the repairs. Extremely happy with your services.
