Hi Dora, I'm really sorry and surprised no one contacted you to let you know that your order was Refunded In Full on Oct 7th. Normally they will send out an email once this has been completed. However, I've just logged into our PayPal to double check it conforms to our system and I can see your Visa was credited in Full on Oct 7th 2021. Again, sorry we couldn't fix your sunglasses.
