I havent received a tracking number nor the product

Hi Catherine, Sorry to see this harmful review due to a communication issue. I would suggest you check in your spam folder as we did sent and receipt for your purchase on the 16th of March and a shipping confirmation with tracking on the 17th. I would normally resend those but I can see the package was delivered on the 21st. I do aplogize as I can see that the package missed the cut off for post on the 17th so didn't ship until Monday the 20th thus the slight delay. Please next time contact us. Leaving a review like this is very harmful to small family run businesses is Australia. A phone call or email would have helped you locate the missing emails.
