My ordered lenses did not fit. It was not my first purchase of replacement lenses, but first one from Sunglass Fix. Thought it is game over, as with the other brands supplying similar services. Decided to send an email. It was more for informational purposes than anything else. I only wrote lenses does not fit properly and attached picture. How was I surprised when I received email back that new set is on the way and they are sorry for any inconvenience and problems. Think that every company should treat customers like that. If it is not totally good, I should be offered replacement, or refund free of charge and totally hassle free. If other companies would approach their customers this way, definitely people would be more happy to shop online
