We certainly would have helped resolve your problem for you if we were aware of it. Sunglass Fix fully understand that as a new concept mistakes happen. With over 250,000 lens options on our website things can go wrong. Customer mistakenly order the wrong model, size or colour and of course we are humans too and can make mistakes on our side. However, our primary goal is to get your favourite sunglasses up and running with a great set of lenses regardless of problem. Please note, we also have a 6 month, no question return policy. Therefore, you can always return lenses for a full refund regardless of reason.
