Bought a set of lenses for a pair of vz snarks that I purchased from the USA. My sunglasses arrived 3 weeks ago but not the lenses as yet. The lenses and glasses were ordered the same day, it's quicker to order and receive from the USA. Disappointed that I've not got my lenses after at least 2 months! Craig

Hi Craig, Sorry for the late reply. I'm not sure why I didn't see your review sooner. Unfortunately your tracking has expired as it's been too long. I would suggest we get another set of lenses out to you ASAP as the chances of your lenses turning up now are low. I will have someone from our team contact you can confirm your address then reissue your order for processing. Again, sorry for late reply and even more sorry DHL and Fastway's let us down. Normally shipments to NZ take a week or two at most so please contact us earlier if they don't arrive so we can escalate the issue to DHL while it's still active.
