Great lenses at a good price with fast delivery. When there was a small issue with the first set, customer service was fantastic—a very helpful lady arranged a free replacement promptly. A trustworthy company!

Incredible customer service

I would 100% recommend this company and my only regret is that I can only give a maximum of five stars. I purchased some replacement lenses for my ray bans, and had an unfortunate puppy related incident. In the purchas follow up email that they send, I mentioned my incident.. To my amazement a second set of lenses were despatched (completely free of charge).. This is amazing and exceptional customer service - thanks guys, a very happy and satisfied customer here!!

Excellent service, excellent product!

Excellent service. My initial lenses didn’t fit when received so, instead of blaming me for perhaps ordering the wrong size, they asked me to send over my frames. They then measured the lenses and manuf actured lenses to suit the frames. The result is excellent and at no additional cost.

Restored my Mum's Oakleys

Good amount of information on the website to make an informed choice, especially the videos/step by step instructions on how to put your new lenses in. Many styles to choose from. The lenses arrived in sustainable packaging and secure. If you need the lenses quickly, please make sure you check the delivery times. On a personal note, so pleased I tried Sunglass Fix. My Mum's Oakleys were one thing I kept after she passed but I had destroyed the original lenses after not storing the sunglasses properly. Now I get to keep using them and the new lenses look great in them.
