Expectations ok but slow and unsafe dlivery

The product fulfils the expectations. Nevertheless, the despatch mode is slow and insecure. The company send it a first time and it has been lost (went to USA instead to Canada then lost there). The second despatch has been heavily delayed by the Canada Post strike. A safer and faster mode is a must at the price paid. I ordered end of August and received it nearly 2 months later.

Weder das Fachgeschäft noch Addidas, noch Evil Eye wollte mir das verlorene Glas meiner Addidas Sportbrille ersetzen. Bei Sunglasfix erhielt ich für wenig Geld in wenigen Tagen ein Paar Ersatzgläser franko nach Hause geschickt. Grüsse aus der Schweiz!

Super easy process – just wish I’d ordered the screwdriver set from the start!

Ordering from Sunglass Fix was a really smooth and easy process. The replacement lenses fit perfectly and my sunglasses look brand new again! The only thing I’d do differently next time is order the screwdriver set right from the start — it would’ve made the installation even quicker. Overall, very happy with the experience and definitely recommend them.

The lenses are great

The lenses are great Unfortunately I didn’t realise there were two lenses in each item, so I accidentally bought double what I needed. Perhaps the wording could be clearer
