Excellent customer service.

Easy to order the lenses I required. Customer service is very good. Prompt responses. Unfortunately for me the lenses didn’t fit. They sent me another pair right away. Something was off with my frames I guess because they did not fit either. Too much effort and cost to send the frames all the way to Australia for custom lenses.

Quick and easy returns process

I ordered the wrong lenses and they made it so easy for me to return them - even sending me the new ones with a pre-paid envelope for me to send back the incorrect ones. I couldn't match the exact colour of my original lenses, but got pretty close.

I do like the quality of the lenses. They came properly packaged. I didn't give 5 stars cause I had to contact customer support cause my shipment got lost but they re-shipped.

Broken sunglasses

I had sunglasses that was lost in a festival very special to me when I got them back I thought they where to far gone but I came across this site I thought why not and ordered they are brand new and also with better lenses than before. Thank you
