Highly recommended, My Sunglasses are better than new!
I ordered new lenses for my much loved and well worn Balmain sunglasses which cost £250 when new some years ago. For just a fraction of that price, I have been able to replace my old scratched lenses. I am so glad I found this brilliant company in Australia, I am a UK customer. Ordering was easy, straight forward and offerd a good range of lenses in terms of colour and price range. I was able to upgrade my lenses to include polorised lenses which I am so glad I did. My lenses arrived from Australia, in about 2 weeks. I had some trouble fitting the lenses into the frame, partly due to the very stiff material of the frames and my weak hands. So, I decided to contact Sunglass fix customer service via email for help and advice on how to install my new lenses. They answered my email very quickly and were so helpful, they gave me a link to their video on how to install my new lenses and were happy for me to contact them again if I needed to. The video demonstrated how to install my install my lenses and I was successful in doing so. My sunglasses are now better than they were when new. I am absolutely delighted with both the new upgraded polorised lenses and the fantastic customer service and help I recived from their customer service team. I would definitely buy from Sunglasses fix again and I consider them to be an excellent, trusted international company, they deserve five stars with bells on all the way.
