Excellent customer service to resolve an issue
I purchased polarised lenses for my sunglasses. Whilst fitting them, the polarising coating bunched up on one edge. The test of a good company is how they deal with a dissatisfied customer. In my case, I notified the company and sent photographs. They responded promptly in a very efficient and friendly manner, then sent me a replacement set of lenses with the option of a refund instead. I opted for the replacement lenses as the price was good, their customer service was outstanding and I needed the lenses either way. I certainly recommend the company. Very happy with the outcome.
