Our lenses arrived a lot quicker than I anticipated, and were a lot easier to fit than I expected. Got a direct replacement for my wife’s glasses and she’s over the moon. I decided to swap out the original scratched lenses for photochromic ones, but I was a little underwhelmed with them so I contacted SunglassFix. They immediately offered me a refund, or an exchange for an alternate lens. I returned the first lenses to a local (UK) address and the alternate lenses arrived within a few days. Received a refund for the difference and my new lenses are fantastic.
