Hi Alison, I'm very sorry about this. I have looked into the situation and it shows that we shipped your order on the day you ordered and it left Sydney on the next day. However, it seems to have disappeared after that. I already have our care team looking into it and someone will reach out to you shortly to resolve the problem for you. I know we all live busy lives but we certainly could have actioned this for you earlier if we knew of the problem. We are trying to work with DHL so we get alerts when packages are not delivered in a timely manner. However, this is still work in progress and we do rely on customers contacting us with shipping issues. Regardless, I'm sorry the shipment was lost and the postal providers failed to deliver it but we will certainly work with you to resolve the issue for you.
