Regarding the fit issue, we strive to ensure a perfect fit and offer free exchanges for this purpose. I have sent you an email to assist you further. Please reply with the requested information to help us accurately identify the issue. You have the option to return for a refund or exchange, whichever suits you best. In many cases, a simple exchange suffices once we know your frame details. If the lenses you need are not already available, you can send us your frames along with the original and incorrectly ordered lenses, and we will create and install a new pair for you.
