Hi Robert, I'm terribly sorry about this. I have just scanned our care system and found the request you submitted. For some reason it was logged as spam. We have had a higher than normal amount of malicious emails to our site than normal and have turned up the spam settings. However, the team does scan all spam to try and identify where legitimate emails were flagged. Unfortunately, they missed yours. I have escalated the issue with the team and someone should be in contact today to help identify and resolve the issue you had with your order. Again, I'm very sorry about this.
