Paid top dollar for their flagship lenses which ended up faulty or not as advertised, so they sent me lower quality replacement lenses which were better, but in the end I still paid for the highest priced product. No offer of partial refund. No follow-up. And a week later they were selling all lenses for 25% off? Clearly there was some room to compensate.
