Website is easy to navigate. Great variety of lens options. Processing time from order to shipment notification was 24 hours. I expected the arrival to take some time due to the shipping from Australia to the US. I was surprised when they arrived within 10 days. Lens replacements were packaged well. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Replacement was very easy. I think the replacement lenses are better quality than the original in my sunglasses.

Quick and very well-packed delivery from Australia to UK. Took me some time to figure out how to change the lenses on my loved but scratched old Prada sunglasses. I used the Sunglass Fix Youtube video tutorial and managed to put the new lenses safely in place. Honestly speaking quality of my new lenses is way better than the original ones.
