These people are wonderful, as is their product. Customer service is first rate, and the lenses are as described or better. Fit my long discontinuid Serengeti's perfectly. I made a mistake on my order and they cheerfully fixed it even though it wasn't their fault.

To Whom it concerns, ON the site, I had ordered what I thought was Amber Polarized replacement lenses, but after i clicked through the order it ended up being black tinted plastic replacements. I needed a quick fix for the summer, which worked. Next time I have to read what I ordered before I hit the payment. I honestly wasn't paying much attention until I received the confirmation email and saw my mistake. Otherwise, the shipment came fast and I replaced the lenses in a few minutes.

I ordered replacement lenses for my Serengeti sunglasses that I cracked. The replacement fit perfectly in the frames and the view I have with them on corresponds to the view in the website selection tool I used to make the selection. Receiving the order took longer than I expected. This was mostly because of the COVID problems worldwide. I contacted Sunglass Fix about the delay and they were very quick to respond with accurate information. As it happened, I received my lenses the same week. Good product, good price, and good service. I'm a fan!
