Hi Smh, I'm sorry to hear your lenses are loose. I have done a bit a research to see what might have happened. I have found that Karen Walker has the Harvest as well as the Superstar Harvest edition that came out. From what I can gather from other sites the NON Superstar version of these frames may be 52mm (just slightly larger) than the Superstar Harvest frames. I'm sure we could help resolve this for you and get you a better fitting solution. Can you do us a big favour and take a photo of the inside arm of your sunglasses where the model information is stored and send it too: info@thesunglassfix.com.au along with your order number (or email you ordered with would be fine too).
