Hallo Bernd, Es tut mir leid, dass es eine Weile gedauert hat, die Gläser für Ihre Adidas-Sonnenbrille zu bekommen. Ich weiß, dass es länger gedauert hat, als es sollte, aber seien Sie versichert, dass wir alles tun, was wir können. Als Sie festgestellt haben, dass das erste Paar Linsen, das Sie bestellt haben, für das falsche Modell war, haben wir sofort ein zweites Paar für das richtige Modell versandt; das war am 30. Juli. Und wir sind jetzt zuversichtlich, dass diese Linsen, wenn Sie sie erhalten, wunderschön passen sollten. Es scheint, dass einige EU-Zollbehörden eine Weile brauchen, um sich an die neuen Einfuhrsteuergesetze und deren Umsetzung anzupassen. Daher dauern einige Lieferungen (insbesondere nach Deutschland) länger als normalerweise. Dies wird sich hoffentlich bald von selbst lösen. Ich weiß es zu schätzen, dass Ihnen dies bei dieser Gelegenheit nicht hilft, aber es dient hoffentlich einigermaßen als Erklärung. Natürlich tun wir alles, um den Prozess zu beschleunigen. I know it seems to have taken longer than it should, but rest assured we are doing all we can. When you discovered that the first pair of lenses you ordered were for the wrong model, we immediately despatched a second pair for the correct model; this was on the 30th July. And we are now confident that when you receive these lenses that they should fit beautifully. It seems that certain EU customs are taking a while to adapt to new import tax legislation and how to execute this. Consequently some deliveries (into Germany in particular) are taking more time than they would normally. This will hopefully resolve itself presently. I appreciate that this doesn't help you on this occasion, but it hopefully goes some way as an explanation. Certainly we are doing all we can to speed up the process. Once agains, I'm sorry for how long this is seeming to have taken.
