I love that I was able to save my frames, which were somewhat sentimental to me, but more importantly they were in good condition compared to the ruined lenses. I looked at a lot of options and this was perhaps the only company that offered lenses for my frames without a large fee for a custom measured cut. The free video taught me how to pop my lenses, which I was unable to figure out on my own, and solidified my decision to purchase new lenses from the company. I try to be environmentally friendly by ordering locally made products to avoid the impact of shipping bulky packaging over long distances, and though this was a bit far, I was impressed by the packaging which was very well thought out and minimal. The install was quick and I instantly felt relieved of a lot of tension I was still carrying from the day I ruined them. Truly worth the cost of repair.
