Hi Aron, I'm sorry you thought you were ordering lenses. I'm also sorry to hear about the Spam. However, I'm not completely sure I understand what you are referring too. Normally we send the following emails: 1) A receipt 2) A shipping confirmation once we've made and shipped your package. 3) A follow up email a bit later just to ask if you received the lenses and need help installing them or had any sort of issue (this is the one you could have replied too and we certainly would have given you instructions to return them for a full refund). 4) Yes, we also do use Trust Pilot to try to get feedback as well. It's important to us as a business to improve. Feedback both positive and negative helps us do that. It also helps us help customers that had problems like yourself. Anyhow, we do try to state everywhere it's lenses only. We do have to put up photos of the frames to help customer's identify the correct lenses. With over 400,000 lenses and replacing lenses still somewhat new to most people we have to do all we can to help them order the right lenses for their frames. Regardless, I'm really sorry you made that mistake and we were not able to get that across to you before ordering. I'm also sorry you didnt' respond / seek out help as we would have refunded your order for sure. However, not much we can do now that they've been thrown out.
