I do feel a bit mean knocking a star off because they were actually very good. I had some Chanel sunglasses which needed the lenses replaced. Sunglass Fix could replace them and the cost was reasonable. I placed the order but when they arrived one of the lenses just wouldn't pop into my sunglasses. I emailed their team, I didn't get any response so had to chase them up. Unfortunately for me, it was in the middle of their floods so they had some tech issues from their end. I didn't have any issues with this but being told somebody would come back to me the following week, they didn't and I had to chase again. Once this all happened, the rep I liaised with was very good, asked me a bunch of questions to check and as nothing seemed to be out of kilter just organised for another lens to be sent to me. I would definitely recommend the service. As they are based in Australia and I am in the UK, it does take a little time. The lenses come by Royal Mail but it's all tracked and I was informed when I would expect delivery. Apart from the little chaser I had to send, the company was great to deal with, very reliable (and friendly) and I would definitely recommend them to everybody!
