Ray Ban RB3189 - 61 mm

Hi Esko, I'm sorry to hear the lenses you ordered didn't fit. I can see you ordered a similar model number before but for a different frame. Perhaps that is why the lenses didn't fit this time? I'm also disappointed you never contacted us before leaving this harmful review. We certainly would have helped sort this out for you. I will have someone from our team reach out to you. If the lenses you ordered the first time fit please let them know. Those were for RB3189 61mm frames. Ray Ban also uses the RB3189 for the Leather II frames in both the 58mm and 61mm sized frames. You ordered the 61mm last time and the 58mm leather II this time. We can certainly exchange for what you ordered the first time if that is the case. If this is another frame completely they should be able to work out a solution very quickly if you work with them. Regardless. sorry about the issue and sorry for such a harmful reivew on our company.
