el producto es muy bueno , la página web en que lo ofrecen explica y permite identificar muy bien el producto que uno busca . Pero al momento de comprar , la operación la encontré poco clara , lo que me llevó a cometer el error de comprar 2 veces el mismo producto , siendo que yo quería solo 1 para probarlo . You might not receive order if you live in a central or South American country.

I ordered replacement lens and tool kit with expedited shipping at the end of March 2023. It’s June and I haven’t received my package. I reached out to DHL in Mexico and they said they needed a 10 digit tracking number to follow-up on status but all I have are alpha-numeric references from my order. It’s puzzling because I can use the DHL tracking link provided by Sunglass Fix to track the package online but can’t do so on the phone with DHL customer service. Also, when I attempt to go the DHL site directly and enter in the reference number, I receive different tracking details than the direct link to DHL from Sunglass Fix. Sunglass Fix has been very responsive with all my inquiries, the reason I am giving them a four stars because I think they are a reputable company based on the reviews I have read and I hope this isn’t a scam site. I requested a refund from my card service, which they immediately refunded without further investigation. I was really looking forward to receiving the replacement lens for my glasses because I dont want to pay another $350 for another set of glasses. I read one of the reviews of a customer living in Colombia and not receiving his order and Sunglass Fix’s response of suspending orders to these areas of the continent. Disappointing but probably wise.

Fantastic quality lenses, even better than the original lenses in my Ray Bans. Highly recommend! My celine sunglasses are a few years old and scratched. I wear them to the pool and snowboarding , places I’m not worried about them getting ruined or scratched as they were already very worn. I’m over the moon and my Old glasses look branch NEW! A confirmation of purchase was received but not a tracking number for the item. After contacting the customer service team by email that Friday, I received a reply from Julie and the customer care team the next morning along with a tracking number for my purchase. Ordered a set of replacement lenses for an old pair of Oakley sunglasses. Ordered on the 6th, arrived to me in UK on 21st, so earlier than expected. They are well packaged, fit perfectly and are good quality lenses. I’m more than happy that I have a useable pair of sunglasses again as a second pair. A great idea... but with lenses, even if you have an itch, you don't want a scratch

I was very excited to find replacement lenses for my old Ray Bans. I really commend the initiative, as I like to use things to their maximum life. So I ordered my lenses and waited patiently. It took them a few days to get from Australia to Spain, but it was not too long a wait. Once here, it took me a little while and some careful filing to install the lenses in my frame. I think there may be different sizes of the same model, as they were otherwise the perfect shape, just slightly too wide. I can't say if I made a mistake ordering or not, but I don't rule that out. Now, my biggest reason not to give a higher rating (and I would love to, as I still think this is a great idea) is that the lenses are not very scratch-resistant. I haven't worn my glasses very often, and I treat them with care, but there's already a couple of visible and annoying scratches in the middle of the field of view. It's only been three months, so it's somewhat of a short lifespan. I'm not sure I'll reorder a pair of lenses in the future, but if you are extra careful with your sunglasses, this may still be a great option for you.

Best alternative to buying new sunnies!

I was a bit sceptical ordering these from the other side of the World but so glad that I did! The lenses fitted perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased with them. The colouring / gradient is actually better than the original Oakley lenses. Great company to deal with, delivery was quicker than expected. My lenses were out of production Then I've fount this compnay, and now I have 2 brand new lenses for my RayBan Aviator Flat Metal ( the ones with the very thin frame, that have very weird lenses with a groove for the frame ). Very very happy with the result! Changing the lens was a 15 min job, and the new ones were perfect for the frame. Color choice was amazing, and I havew to admit, I was dubious what to choose ... and I will probably buy new ones, just to have some variety.

I ordered the first pair of replacement lenses dor my sunglass back in end of February. Those lenes didnt fit the sunglasses. I contacted the company and they sent out replacements. The replacement lenses came in today. The second pair is also smaller. They fit the sunglasses on the top but you can tell they don't fit the frame properly. The customer service is great and they truly care about the customer experience. They contacted me immediately and tried to fix the situation unfortunately I didn't see the email on time. But over all I'm ok. I would use them again in the future. I truly appreciate their time and effort in helping me out.
