Not what I expected. I recieved the lenses about a month ago and just after a few days of using them, I noticed that the lenses were scratched. I then noticed more scratches. I keep my glasses in a protected case but I am finding that even inside the case the lenses scratch very easily to the point that it is disturbing my vission. I am again back to square one with new but scratched lenses.

Hi Mark, I'm sorry about your lenses scratching easier than expected. We try to manufacture them to a high scratch resistant standard and they do rank on the higher side of industry averages in terms of abrasion protection. You do have a few optons: 1) Return the lenses for a refund. We have a 6 month no question return policy. 2) Contact our care team and send photos. They may be able to access how your case is damaging the lenses or the type of damage based on the scratch pattterns and provide another set along with recommedations on lens care. Normal feedback we get from customers are that our lenses can last for 2-5 years of normal wear and tear. We normally don't hear of batches of poorly performing coated lenses as manufacturing processes are controlled and lenses tested. However, It may be you just got a bad pair and I'm sorry about that. Please send a photo to info@thesunglassfix.com.au or visit our returns and exchange portal to get information on returning them for a refund. https://www.thesunglassfix.com/index.php?route=account/return/add Craig Anderson - CEO and Founder - Sunglass Fix
