Hi George, I'm sorry to hear one of the pairs of lenses you ordered didn't fit. However, this is the first we've heard of the problem. Please contact customer care at info@thesunglassfix.com. It will speed things up if you provide your order number (160570) and all the writing off the inside arms of the sunglasses that the lenses didn't fit for. We are very good at helping cusotmers resolve fit issues. We track every single fit issue reported so we can determine the cause. 9 out of 10 are usually as simple as getting the correct lenses out to the customer as they may not have ordered the exact lenses they need. There are also some situation unfortunately where our machins can malfuntion. We do tune them to within .01mm each day and while rare, they are still machines.
