Hi Josh, I'm sorry to hear you package never arrived. We were unaware of the situation and we certainly would have worked with you to contact the shippers to find out what was going on or to reship your package if we knew of the problem. We do try to proactively monitor all shipments to delivery but technology at post offices around the world are not as advanced as we hoped. They don't always mark things as delivered when they are and some countries still don't have tracking systems. USPS does of course. I can see your package has been stuck in US customs since early June. Obviously lost between DHL giving it to customs and USPS receiving it. I will contact DHL today to see if they an locate it. However, I will also have our team reach out to you to see if you'd prefer a refund or for us to resend another pair of lenses to you. Covid-19 has not been kind to global carriers. Our understanding is USPS and US customs are also struggling with a lot of issues relating to Covid and internal changes. Anyhow, thank for bringing it to our attention.
