Hi, I didn't receive the goods. Please can you tell when to expect my glasses?

Dear Arjen, I am so sorry that you have not received the lenses for your Ray Ban sunglasses. We ship to the Netherlands every day and normally expect delivery with DHL in under two weeks. With COVID this delivery has been significantly impacted. While things are starting to return to regular timescales, we are now finding that orders despatch as lock-down was being introduced have been more likely to go missing. This is particularly so where countries were closing borders and halting international deliveries. As you didn't opt for tracking, we are unable to establish where your order actually is. However, if lenses are not received, we have a policy of despatching another pair or providing a full refund, which we will of course do for you. Since there was no tracking, we had no way of knowing that you hadn't received your lenses, so I'm sorry to see we got a one star review. I'll have one of our customer care representatives reach out to you to see if you'd prefer another pair of lenses or a refund. Naturally if we send another pair, we'll add tracking at no additional cost to you. Again, I'm sorry for the delays you have experienced.
