I provided the wrong reference for the lenses but realized that just after receiving them. I told SUNGLASSES FIX about my problem and they just asked me to post the lenses back and sent me the good ones i received only 2 weeks after. Very good commercial spirit!

This is the third time I have used Sunglass Fix to maintain my 15 year old Oakley sunglasses in a usable condition. I was rushing during the order process and mistakenly ordered the wrong lens. The delivery from Australia to the UK was about 10 days which is fine but I didn't open the package until nearer my holiday time some 2 months later, that's when I discovered my mistake. The staff at Sunglass Fix couldn't have been more helpful, the helped me to quickly identify the correct lens and dispatched replacements immediately on trust that I returned the incorrect lens. This enabled me to get the lens in and using during my holiday. I cannot praise this company enough. A very big thank you for excellent service, product and value.
