I was a particularly difficult customer. I ordered the wrong lenses and messed them around but they stepped up and said don’t worry. Just send the glasses to us as we don’t have that particular pattern and we will remake and fit the lenses for you. All I had to pay for was the original lenses that I got wrong and the posting back to the company. Common sense ruled the day none of we will cancel your order then refund then you order a new pair then we will take a new payment ( which would have been the same amount) Oh no, no nonsense like that. They just said don’t do a thing we will just swap the paperwork around our end and you don’t have to pay anything more. They were quicker than I expected considering I’m in England and they are the other side of the world in Australia and with the COVID issues. I can’t recommend them enough. I handed over my most expensive glasses Iv ever owned and they didn’t let me down. Definitely worth the money and the lenses are perfect. I’m a very happy customer. 😎🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
