Excellent service and prompt delivery. All lenses fit perfectly. I ordered four sets of lenses to repair 4 pairs of sunglasses. One set of lenses I quoted and ordered the wrong size. I spoke to Sunglass Fix and they sent the correct replacement lenses. No charge and asked me to send back the incorrectly ordered lenses which I did and they had supplied a stamped self addressed envelope for the return. Yes at their cost. Very good relations thankyou.

Overall a positive experience with no regrets

The quality/clarity of the lens is indistinguishable from the original ones. Even the angle of polarisation is virtually identical, for which I am very thankful. The parcel got lost in the mail getting sent to Brunel (in Germany) instead of Brunei, but luckily it got redirected although this took much longer than it should have. All the instructional videos online showed to pop out the lenses, it took me many tries until I summoned the courage to push hard enough to dislodge them from the frame (without even using hot water or a hairdryer). Thank you and I wish you continued success in your endeavour to allow us to use our sunglasses even after the original lenses are damaged.
