I had originally ordered lenses for my Raybans along with a repair kit in late March-2018. I received the lenses later than they should with no communication to alert me of the delay. Which to be honest could be an Aus Post issue. Howover I did not receive the repair kit. They simply put a circle on the invoice notifying me that it's not available. I am yet to be notified of its delivery date or if they would refund me the money. I replaced the lenses by myself. Was easy and straight forward. Would advise you to order the lenses if you're in no rush but don't count on them communicating proactively with you. In summary, thumbs up for the prices & value for money. Thumbs down for communication. Edit (09-Aug-2018): The Sunglass Fix got in touch and they assured me that the repair kit is its way. It is true that this has not been communicated earlier on the assumption that it would be sent once it's in stock. Thanks for getting back to me.

Both lenses I bought to replace the Oakley's and Tiffany's sunglasses fit perfect they took about 3 weeks to get in Canada cost about $50 all in with the exchange for each set and couldn't be happier! Initially sent wrong lenses, they apologised sent the correct lenses as soon as I informed them. These things happens. The lenses fit ok, the were for adidas glasses which “click” into place, they are a little tight but I managed to get them in eventually. The lenses seem to be good quality optically.

It was great to find the polarized spare glasses and avoid to buy new lenses. But... The quality of the glasses is not the same like the originals. When you see the surface of the glasses from the side, you see very subtle differences in the coating. I have dealt with this company a couple…

I have dealt with this company a couple of times over the years. They never fail to come through with a product that I believe to be superior to the Original. They have now replaced , Bolle, Revo, Maui Jim, and Oakley for me. I have always been careful with my sunglasses but as the saying goes "scratches happen". When it does I just put the frames away and wait until I have a few pair to fix, and order new lenses. About 2 weeks later they arrive and I install them and they always are a perfect fit. I will be 62 this year and I intend to challenge the Sunglass fix crew I still have my Ray Ban glacier glasses from the 70's when we used to go trekking all over the world, If they can come up with new lenses for that pair.....well what else can I say. I highly recommend this company. Not only will you save money, keep old friends (your frames), look good (new lenses can only do so much) but more than anything else you will be highly satisfied.
