Customer will need to send their sunglasses to our facilities in Australia for servicing. We charge $7.95 for the return shipping of your sunglasses at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying and shipping their frames to our facilities. We have found that using most 1st class airmail services is economical, safe, and fast. You can expect to pay between $10 and $13 to get your sunglasses to Australia in as little 5-15 days.
01. Wrap your sunglass frames in two-three layers of bubble wrap or a hard sunglass case and place them into a padded envelope or cardboard box.
02. Ensure you include a copy of your receipt, avoid any unnecessary bulk, and try to keep the package under 6 Oz.
03. Fill in a CN22 form from a post office and finalize your packaging.
04. Ensure the to and from addresses are correct and visible on the outside of the package, and mail the parcel.
05. Leave the rest up to us, we will service your sunglass frames and return them with tracking via DHL or Seko. You will be notified once your sunglasses are on the way home.
