As a general rule, fitting new lenses is easier than removing the old ones. A good way to see whether you can replace the lenses yourself is to start by removing your existing pair. Watch the video for your frame type and give it a try. Some sunglass brands still use glass lenses. Use a cloth or gloves when removing them to reduce the risk of injury if the lens chips or breaks. If you're unsure whether your lenses are glass, handle them carefully before attempting removal.
