Brilliant customer service … I sent my measurements off for replacement lenses for my Tom Ford sunglasses … they are quite old but still seemed to be replaceable … Delivery was quick and I took them to my Optician to fit as it was fiddly job with the screws .. she said she didn’t think they were the correct shape but did manage to fit them and they look fine . I messaged the Company just to let them know I had a possible issue as over time my Optician warned me the lenses could fall out . I wore them a couple of times and they seem fine however as it’s Winter I couldn’t say for certain if they were ok . Sam replied to me immediately and asked if I could resend the measurements plus some photos as they would redo them in order to get a more accurate fit .? I sent this off and received another set of lenses, no charge, really quickly ,he said if necessary I could send my glasses to them if I still had issues … I’m so grateful to everyone in the Company for the way my order was handled from start to finish .All very professional, friendly and caring . Despite being on a different Continent my emails were answered quickly and I couldn’t have asked for a better service , second to none . Definitely recommend them and thank you so much for all your help …
