Hi Brendon, I'm sorry to hear of the problem you have had with your new lenses. They certainly should have fitted perfectly and not required gluing. I do also apologise for the length of time it has taken for us to see this review and get back to you. Should you contact our customer care team, they reply to any query or concern within 24hours, so I appreciate that our response to reviews isn't as expedient. I can't explain why your lenses didn't seem to fit without further investigation and I know it has been a number of weeks; but if you would like to send us your frames with the lenses, I can get our technical team to try and resolve the issue. Equally, we have a 6 month no-question warranty, so would be able to offer a refund if that's what you want. Apologies again for the inconvenience and frustration.
