Hi Lisa, I'm sorry to hear the lenses you ordered didn't fit your frames. I'm also disappointed you didn't contact us prior to leaving such a harmful review. We certainly would have helped resolve your problem for you if we were aware of it. Sunglass Fix fully understand that as a new concept mistakes happen. With over 250,000 lens options on our website things can go wrong. Customer mistakenly order the wrong model, size or colour and of course we are humans too and can make mistakes on our side. However, our primary goal is to get your favourite sunglasses up and running with a great set of lenses regardless of problem. I will have someone from our team reach out to you and see if we can't figure out what went wrong and the best path forward for resolving it. Please note, we also have a 6 month, no question return policy. Therefore, you can always return lenses for a full refund regardless of reason.
