On our website, we clearly state that our international carriers hand over packages to the local postal system for final domestic delivery. We offer these services at heavily subsidised rates, including faster shipments with tracking. After reviewing your order and our email history, I can confirm that we maintained regular contact and responded to your emails promptly. When you informed us that the initial package hadn’t arrived, we followed up with DHL, who confirmed it was handed over to Mexico Post. They attempted delivery four times before returning the package due to the incorrect address provided during checkout. We communicated this to you and the tracking details also reflected this. We have since reshipped a second package, which has also been handed over to Mexico Post and one delivery attempt has already been made. I have sent you an email with further details and kindly request that you follow up with Mexico Post as soon as possible.
