Hi Jeffrey, I'm so sorry to hear the trouble you have had with the lenses we have sent you. it does sound like things haven't gone smoothly and I'm going to make sure we get to the bottom of it. I can see that there was an initial issue with the fit, which while unusual, does happen form time to time, but that we did resolve this. Thank you for your help and patience. The second pair of lenses we sent out fitted well, but there was a problem with the colour, which you alerted us to. We did reply to this email, but I don't think we fully understood the problem. Apologies if you didn't get this email. Either way, we want you to get what you ordered - Black Onyx Polarised Lenses. So, I'l have our care team reach back out to you to double check that this is what you're after and send you out new lenses.
