Hi Brad, I'm sorry the lenses for your Gatorz didn't fit correctly. Gatorz can be challenging as the frames are very rigid. Additionally, Gatorz doesn't always label the inside frames with models numbers like other manufacturers so it's more of a manual lens measurement and frame comparison process to get the model correct. I can also see that our care team could have handled your issue better. I know they offered a full refund on return or for you to send in the frames so we could make and install a pair for you. What I feel they could have asked for was a photo not just of the inside arms but of the width of the original lenses and a frontal / side shot of the frames so we could help identify the model more accurately. At present we can help by: 1) Still offering the refund if returned to us 2) Offerring to custom cut you a pair if you mail in the frames. In this situation if you ordered corrrectly and we somehow sent inaccurate lenses we will still refund you in full, make you a set of lenses, install them for you and return them to you at our cost. If it turns out they are a different model we'd still make you a pair and install them but not refund the order. 3) you can send the photos as requested so we can look at the frame / lens width and see if they are the model we sent. We should do this first anyhow as it may help us determine the best option going forward since the lenses were not returned yet. I hope that helps and I'm sorry about the lenses not fitting.
