After reviewing your order history, email correspondence and tracking details, the recorded tracking information indicates that your package was successfully delivered on 24 October 2024. As this is the first time we have been made aware of this issue, and we haven’t received any prior communication from you, we would have been happy to assist earlier if you had reached out. Since you mentioned that your home address remains the same, there shouldn’t be any issue with delivery. I’ve sent you an email with your tracking details and information, which was also provided when your order was dispatched. We recommend checking with any family members or housemates who may have collected the package on your behalf. Please also note that our lenses are dispatched in a letter sized package, which may have been delivered with your regular mail into your letterbox.
