However, we are disappointed to see a one star review posted without you first replying to our email so we could assist you further. Our records show that the email we sent was viewed, as our system tracks the date and time it was opened. It’s possible someone else accessed your emails and you may not have seen it, but I want to assure you we are here to address your concerns. To clarify, we provided detailed instructions in our email, including the option to exchange the lenses for a perfect fit or to return them for a full refund under our 6 month return policy.
